What it does

Three layers of PM automation:

1. Hook — detects product-shaped prompts ("we should add...", "users are complaining...", "prioritize the MVP...") and injects PM framing. Code/git/debug prompts pass through clean. 2. Skill — /golden-pm structures any idea into a PM accountability doc with Problem, Success Criteria, Scope, Dependencies, Analytics, Test Plan, and Owner. 3. Agent — pm-accountability spawns for large initiatives, researches existing plans and codebase before writing comprehensive PRDs.

How it works

  1. Product language (feature requests, user pain, strategy, incidents) → injects PM framing
  2. Code language (fix, debug, git, refactor) → passes through silently
  3. Short prompts (<10 chars) → skipped
